Refund Policy

Role Call is a personalized job matching service. Because we invest significant time preparing your candidate profile, career materials, and matching strategy before your discovery session, our refund policy varies depending on where you are in the process.
Before Booking Your Discovery Call
If you have not yet booked your discovery call, you may cancel at any time for a full refund. No questions asked.
After Booking Your Discovery Call
Once you have booked your discovery call, your purchase is non-refundable. This is because we begin preparing your personalized candidate materials as soon as your call is scheduled.
If you cancel your call and do not reschedule, no refund will be issued. If Role Call cancels your call for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
After You Begin Receiving Matches
Once you begin receiving job matches, you have 7 days from your first match delivery to decide whether you would like to continue. If you choose to cancel within this window, you will receive a partial refund covering the unused match delivery period of your plan.
The personalized work completed before and during your session — including your candidate profile, career materials, and matching strategy — is non-refundable.
After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. However, if you reschedule your discovery call more than twice with less than 48 hours' notice, Role Call reserves the right to cancel the engagement. In this case, you will receive a partial refund covering only the unused match delivery period — the preparation work already completed is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@rolecall.careers. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
