Common questions
Will I or the recipient be auto-charged?
No. This is a one-time gift, not a recurring subscription. The recipient can independently set up their own subscription at any time and it will just stack on after their gifted period ends.
Will you send the code to the recipient for me?
No. You'll receive an email with the code and instructions, and you can share it with the recipient directly.
When does the recipient's subscription period begin?
Not until their job matches are activated. After they redeem the code, they'll answer some questions about their job preferences and experience (about 20-30 minutes) and upload their resume and any other documents they'd like to share. Once they've submitted their materials, we'll build their profile and activate their matches, which can take up to 72 hours. Their gift subscription begins when their matches are activated, and they'll receive an email when that happens.
